When shipping their insulated panels, Kingspan uses corner protectors and stretch wrap to keep panels secure.

The panel noses were bending because straps were overloaded with excessive tension.

Kingspan implemented strap failure tests to improve the process and determine the tension levels causing issues.

They needed to identify the exact tension point and establish an ideal tension range.

Kingspan turned to Tensitron to find a meter that can consistently identify the ideal strap tension for safe shipping.
